ENFJ Characters

Have you ever wondered who the ENFJ characters in the sci-fi movies are so familiar to us? Try to find out why those characters are ENFJs!

I. The overview of ENFJ characters

The ENFJ personality type is very creative and unconventional. They are drawn to creativity and the arts because of their ability and skills in making deep, meaningful connections.
Through the footage and stories that the author and director sent, there were many fictional characters with full and distinct ENFJ characteristics. These ENFJ characters are charming and charismatic. They have excellent people skills and are usually self-sacrificing, putting the needs of others ahead of their own.

From sex therapist Jean Milburn to Mufasa, who teaches Simba everything he knows about the Kingdom from a young age, ENFJs love to share their advice and help people, and they're enthusiastic storytellers, which makes it even more fun! ENFJ characters, also known as "The Mentor," frequently take on the role of inspirer and guide in the world of fiction.

On the other hand, it could be the villain ENFJ characters who use their social skills to their advantage and manipulate people to get what they want. For example, Hans Westergaard from Frozen used his charm to persuade Elsa to trust him and eventually fall in love with him.

Here are some typical ENFJ characters that we've definitely seen or heard before!

II. ENFJ Anime characters

1. All Might (My Hero Academia)

All Might, one of the typical ENFJ characters, plans his entire life around his vision: to be a symbol of peace and to unite people in hope. All Might struggles to balance his long-term goals with his insatiable desire to help others, but he manages to instill hope in his country because they know he's there. In every decision he makes, he considers the greater good. Even in the most terrifying situations, he would smile. His character embodies many of the ENFJ's most powerful and inspiring characteristics.

2. Tanjiro Kamado (Kimetsu no Yaiba)

Tanjiro is selfless and determined to protect his sister from those who would harm her. He is aware that the future appears bleak and that every obstacle will stand in his way, but he will not let this deter him from pursuing his vision.
Tanjiro's compassion, empathy, and patience with people (and demons) highlight his ENFJ personality. Every decision he makes is in the best interests of the greater good and the needs of others. His ability to see past obstacles and fight for his vision demonstrates his strong intuition.

3. Iroh (Avatar: The Last Airbender)

Uncle Iroh embodies many of the best traits of mature ENFJs: he is generous, comforting, and wise. Iroh's strategic nature demonstrates his adept use of Introverted Intuition, and his people-oriented, family-first perspective demonstrates the potency of Extraverted Feeling. Iroh has a keen sense of people and has been known to flirt with a number of women on his travels! His wisdom and unique understanding of this ENFJ character's human motivations and needs make him an effective mentor throughout the series.

4. Toru Oikawa (Haikyuu!!)

Toru is a typical ENFJ character who is ambitious and believes he can achieve his goals. He aspires to realize his ambitions. He works hard to achieve his goals and is open to involving others in his plans.

5. Marco Bodt from Attack on Titan

Marco Bodt, idealism and brilliant man, appears to see how events will unfold before others in his situation. Bodt, in typical ENFJ fashion, prioritizes the good of the group over his own interests, earning the respect of his regiment. He is an excellent character judge, detecting people's underlying motivations and schemes as well as their positive potential. His understanding of human nature allows him to be a peacemaker and resolve conflicts so that his cadets can remain calm and ready during battle situations. Bodt is a great example of an ENFJ who can lead in a chaotic or high-stress situation.

6. Mirio Togata “LeMillion” (My Hero Academia)

Mirio Togata is an inspiring and driven individual who will go to any length to succeed so that he can help others. Togata, like All Might (one of the ENFJ characters from My Hero Academia), aspires to be a symbol of hope for the country in which he lives. He frequently prioritizes others, highlighting their unique abilities and inspiring others to believe in themselves.

His insight into the quality and potential of others, combined with his persuasive, supportive personality, make him a must-see for anyone attempting to understand the ENFJ personality type.

7. Jonathan Joestar (Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure)

Jonathan Joestar is a gentle and sympathetic man who strives to be a "true gentleman" by treating everyone with kindness and sensitivity. Joestar, who is concerned with values and the well-being of others, overcomes the most difficult situations because of his love for his friends and loved ones. Joestar, on the other hand, isn't all heart and no brain. In many battles, his strategic prowess and insight come in handy, demonstrating his clear use of Introverted Intuition (Ni).

8. Maes Hughes from Fullmetal Alchemist

Maes Hughes is friendly and amicable, and he will go to any length to ensure the safety of those close to him. Hughes may appear on the outside to be a boisterous host who won't take no for an answer, but on the inside, he's all sweetness and smiles. On the inside, however, he is a reliable, serious, and insightful military officer. He is frequently the first to notice patterns and take appropriate action to avoid a disaster. In combat, he remains calm and unflinching, focusing on his goal and doing everything he can to protect others.

9. Emma (The Promised Neverland)

Emma's depths and unbridled love for others drive nearly everything she does. Nobody can dissuade her from pursuing her dream of rescuing every orphan from Grace Field House. She is normally very kind gentle if no one threatens a loved one, in which case she becomes forceful and intimidating. Emma's altruism, compassion, and idealism guide her every decision. She mentors and inspires others to her vision, as is typical of an ENFJ. She easily and empathetically connects with others and instills a sense of purpose and potential in those around her.

10. Kanae Kocho (Kimetsu no Yaiba)

Kanae Kocho plays a minor role in the Demon Slayer series, but it is an important one. Kanao Tsuyuri, a small child who was being abused by an older man on the streets, is saved and later adopted by her. Tsuyuri eventually becomes an integral part of the Demon Slayer story due to her insight and compassion. Kanae Kocho, like Tanjiro, an ENFJ, hopes that one day humans and demons can coexist peacefully. “A person's soul will open up if given the chance. Don't be concerned.” Kanae Kocho's line demonstrates her idealism and belief in the power of compassion to shape people's futures.

She also adheres to her single end goal unwaveringly throughout each trial, always looking ahead.

9. Kidagakash Nedakh (Kida) (Atlantis: The Lost Empire)

It's authentic if you're one thing. People are drawn to her strong personality and communication skills, and citizens in this movies are eager to follow her leadership toward a common goal. Regardless of her heritage (Atlantean or not), she is not afraid to embrace change if it means improving on the way things have always been done.

10. The Cult Leader (Star Wars: The Force Awakens)

ENFJs enjoy having supporters, and the few times ENFJs appear as villains in fiction, it is as evil cult leaders. Furthermore, Kylo does not come across as a Hitler-type villain (Hitler is generally typed as INFJ) attempting to usher in a new world order — this is more personal and hands-on for Kylo. He's not commanding from afar; he's right in the middle of the fight.

6. Love Quinn (You)

Love Quinn is absolutely an ENFJ, Joe's extroverted counterpart. She appears to be an ENFP, but her movements are extremely calculated, and her ENFP persona is merely a mask. She reads people well and is able to keep up with Joe's mind.
