The ISTJ's honesty and plain logic may make them appear cold and calculating at times. Furthermore, their nature encourages them to take the road of efficiency, even if it means foregoing certain niceties in the process. So far, they don't appear to be a particularly endearing political leader, do they?

That may be true, but an ISTJ is someone you contact when you need something done quickly, even if it means ruffling a few feathers. The ISTJ personality type might be the tough but just leader the world needs because of their outstanding organizational abilities and strong desire to complete their duties.

This conduct, along with their concern for rules and regulations, frequently places them in administrative leadership roles. Furthermore, because an ISTJ's attention is not readily swayed by personal gain and they have a strong sense of responsibility and values, while in a position of power, they may accomplish a lot of good for the public. Furthermore, she is the de facto head of the European Union, and she has handled a variety of crises with tact and steely restraint.

2. Queen Rania of Jordan

Jordan's queen consort is Rania Al-Abdullah. She was born in Kuwait, the daughter of a Palestinian couple, her father from Tulkarm on the West Bank. She earned her bachelor's degree in business administration from The American University of Cairo.

Following the Gulf War in 1991, she and her family escaped to Amman, Jordan, where she met then-Prince Abdullah. She worked at Citibank before meeting him, and subsequently at Apple in the marketing department. She has become well-known for her advocacy efforts in education, health, community empowerment, youth, cross-cultural communication, and microfinance after marrying Jordan's current King in 1993. According to Forbes magazine, she is one of the world's 100 most powerful women.

3. George Washington

George Washington, the first President of the United States, is a fantastic example of an ISTJ personality who is well-known in the military and political arenas (and one of the top three US presidents of all times).

George Washington, the great president, was regarded as serious, methodical, and tranquil. He also believed in the importance of traditions and standard procedures, and he admired people who worked hard to achieve their goals.

All of these are ISTJ personality qualities, but the most fascinating detail that places the first US president on the ISTJ list is his choice to cross the Delaware River in the middle of winter. This was a sensible conclusion, even if it meant that some lives might be lost in the process.

He is known for his portrayal of roles of villains in different movies. He was knighted by Prince Charles in 2013, and is fluent in English, Italian, French, Spanish, and German. He has also figured in the ’50 best dressed over 50s’ list by Guardian  magazine. One interesting fact is that Christopher Lee has essayed the role of a villain in around 260 movies.

3. Natalie Portman

Natalie Portman, who is known as "beauty with brains," is a superb example in the list of ISTJ famous people (her IQ is 140). Furthermore, this Israeli-born American actress is a director and producer who values religious heritage and has a strong sense of justice (she supports various real-life causes).

Natalie, in classic ISTJ manner, has prioritized her job and studies since she was 12 years old. She made her Broadway theater debut while still in high school, and after achieving international acclaim for her performance as Padmé Amidala in Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace, she attended Harvard University and earned a Bachelor's degree in psychology.

5. Sean Connery

He is well-known for his performances in seven James Bond films between 1962 and 1983. He was knighted in 2000 and has won an Academy Award, three Golden Globes, and two BAFTA Awards.
